The 3rd European Summer School on Hydrogen Safety will be hosted by the University of Ulster on their Jordanstown Campus, Shore Road, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim, BT37 0QB, Northern Ireland, UK.

The Jordanstown Campus of the University of Ulster is 10-15 minutes by car or taxi from hotels in Belfast (Europa, and Jurys Inn) and Carrickfergus (Clarion Hotel, etc.).
However in peak traffic times (morning and evening rush hours) these travel times need to more than doubled as congestion can be considerable along the Shore Road,
in both directions, and especially closer to the city centre of Belfast.
There will be 3 main locations on campus for accommodation, lectures, workshops and social activities:
Accommodation - The New Accommodation Blocks (single rooms primarily for delegates) and (double rooms for Keynote Speakers). Click here for a map to find your accommodation and reception on campus.
Loughview Suite (8H - Building 8, Floor H) mainly for lunches, refreshments and some social events e.g. Welcome Reception (Monday 21st July @ 18:00 - 20:00 hours).
Lecture Theatre (Building 9, Floor F, Room 03) mainly for lectures (lectures are usually 10:00 - 17:00 hours daily - see programme) – the Lecture Theatre and Registration can easily be found by walking along the main Mall on level F - look out for the banners and publicity materials with “ESSHS” on them.
Other venues, times etc. especially for social activities will be announced later and/or during the summer school

The Sports Centre - Building 11.
The Mall (level F in the main building) - includes a small supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, post box, banks, cash machines, telephones, Learning Resources Centre (Library), computer clusters, book shop etc.
